Joining Trainer Communications --- The On-boarding Process
First impressions always last. When new employees join Trainer Communications, we want to show them that we have thought about their first experience here. The on-boarding process is a three to four day process where we welcome the new employee and set them up for training. This process requires a lot of people in the office to help, and the person responsible for managing the on-boarding process must manage the entire process.
