Contractors and Outside Vendors
Trainer Communications often utilizes the expertise of contractors and outside vendors in order to enhance the innovation and high level of customer service for which we are known. A full list of contractors and vendors can be found on Workamajig. Contractors include, but are not limited to:

In the event a team member is in need of assistance from a contractor or vendor that is not currently in the Trainer Communications system, please adhere to the following protocol:
b. It is especially important that contractors understand Trainer’s payment terms and that Trainer does not pay deposits.
3. Once approval has been received, send the prospective contractor’s name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, specialty and hourly rate to the CEO’s Executive Assistant.
4. Obtain the CEO’s signature on the Contractor Agreement.
5. Executive Assistant emails a scanned version of the partially signed contract and a blank W-9 form to the contractor.
a. Please note that amendments to Contractor Agreements are not allowed unless prior approval has been given by the CEO.
6. Contractor sends a fax or email copy of the fully executed Contractor Agreement and W-9 form back to Executive Assistant.
7. Executive Assistant scans and emails fully executed Contractor Agreement to CEO. Original fully executed Contractor Agreement and W-9 form go to CFO.
8. Executive Assistant sends confirmation email to Trainer team members who A) recruited the contractor and B) maintain the contractor database stating that the contractor is able to begin work.

In the event a team member is in need of assistance from a contractor or vendor that is not currently in the Trainer Communications system, please adhere to the following protocol:
- The need for contractors must be initially approved by the Chief Executive Officer or a Vice President.
- Upon confirmation of the need (and when applicable and time permits), at least two and ideally three quotes should be obtained for the job.
